An Afternoon with Author Patricia Nell Warren

Join special guest author Patricia Nell Warren as she shares her book My West at the Clark County Library on Sunday, October 23 at 2 p.m.

Warren will speak about growing up on the Grant Kohrs Ranch in Deer Lodge and her long career as a “front runner” in gay fiction. In her new anthology, My West, she unveils a collection of intensely personal writings about the American West – its past, present and future. In My West she collects a sagebrush bouquet of 47 favorites on everything from agriculture to zest, by way of cooking, ethnicity, history, politics and sexuality.

Warren is a bestselling author and human rights activist. She grew up on a ranch in Montana, spent many years working in the New York media, and has lived and traveled extensively in Europe. She now resides in Los Angeles, where she writes both bestselling fiction and provocative political commentary.

A book signing and sales event will follow the program.
