The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District presents a six-week workshop series that educates and motivates participants to make lifestyle changes to prevent or delay the onset of diabetes and its complications.
• Identifying factors that contribute to the development of diabetes
• Lifestyle modifications that will reduce risk
• Increasing physical activity
• Improving eating habits
• Seeking appropriate medical care
Information Session is Monday, March 28 at 5 p.m. and the workshops are every Monday, April 4 through May 9 at 5 p.m. at the Las Vegas Library, 833 Las Vegas Boulevard North.
